Best before date of products

We have recently started keeping track of the " best before " or " best before " dates for all shelf-life-sensitive products. These dates are entered for each delivery. Gradually, you will see a date appear for each food product (as well as for some care products).

At Cool4pets we do our utmost to keep this information as accurate as possible , but we can never give 100% certainty about this because there are various factors that influence this and over which we have no control. The accuracy of this information can be influenced, for example, by a customer in the physical store who takes a product with a longer shelf life at the back, a supplier who delivers different dates mixed up or a typing error that is made when entering.

We regularly carry out random checks to exclude and correct errors, but this is not possible to completely prevent for the reasons stated above. We do hope, however, that this additional service can be a useful tool for online shopping.

When shelf-life sensitive products are discounted , this is usually because of the shorter shelf life. So always pay attention to the date when buying discounted products to avoid disappointment .
