When can I expect my order?

Are all products in stock?
Unless otherwise stated, all products are in stock. This is stated with each product. If you order more of a certain item than we have in stock, you will receive a notification in your shopping cart. If it should happen that a product is not in stock with your order because it has just sold out in our store, for example, we will let you know as soon as possible.
How much are the shipping costs?

What payment methods can I use?
You can choose to pay via Bancontact (Belgium), iDeal (Netherlands), Creditcard (Visa, MasterCard,...), PayPal or bank transfer (in advance). More info on the Payment Methods page.
Can I also pay upon delivery?
No, this is not possible.
Can I also pick up my order at your store?
Yes, you will automatically get this option when ordering. Of course, any shipping costs will then be waived. We will keep you informed by email when your order is ready for you. You can then pick it up during our opening hours, which you can find on the Contact page .
What should I do if there is a problem with the delivery?
We always pack your order with the utmost care. Should there still be a problem, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page , and we will provide a quick and appropriate solution.
When will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Immediately after your order you will receive an email with an overview of your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email from us after 24 hours, you can contact us via the Contact page .
How can I choose a collection point?
The option to choose a collection point is unfortunately not available at the moment. If you would still like to have your package delivered to a collection point, we recommend that you simply select your home address as the delivery address and then use the email you receive from PostNL or DPD to redirect the package to the collection point of your choice.
Can I return my order (or part of it)?
Yes, you have the right to cancel your order (in part) up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After you have reported this to us, you will have another 14 days to return your product(s). You can choose whether you are responsible for returning the product yourself or whether you want to receive a return label from us. In the latter case, we charge €5.90. This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned goods. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, each returned product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
To use this right, you can register your return via the Returns page. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
