Delivery information

We only ship to Belgium and the Netherlands , not to other countries. You can choose whether you want your order delivered to your home or a collection point by PostNL or DPD. We ship for orders with a minimum order value of €19.00 .

Delivery time

In most cases, your package will be delivered the next business day if we receive your order and payment before 2:00 PM and all products you ordered are in stock. Please note that during busy periods (such as the end of the year), delivery times may be longer. We are completely dependent on PostNL and DPD for this.

* For the Saturday delivery option we charge a contribution of €1.50.

Home delivery or delivery to a collection point

All our shipments are handled by PostNL or DPD. You can choose which one you want at checkout. You can also choose from the nearest PostNL and DPD collection points. At these collection points, which have extended opening hours, you can pick up your package on your way home from work, for example. This way, you don't have to wait for the delivery driver. Whether you choose home delivery or delivery to a collection point, you'll always receive an email in advance with an estimated delivery time. If desired, you can also adjust the delivery time, reroute the package to a collection point, or postpone the delivery.

Pick up at our store in Wuustwezel

If you live near Wuustwezel (Belgium) or would like to visit our store, you can, of course, also pick up your order there. In most cases, pre-ordering isn't necessary, as all the products you see in our webshop are also available in our physical store. So you can shop without pre-ordering. Pre-ordering is only recommended if you need large quantities of the same product or if you'd prefer your order to be ready for you. Delivery of frozen products

Frozen products are clearly marked with a blue bar because we cannot ship them by courier. We deliver these products ourselves, only in a small area around Wuustwezel , or they can be picked up at our store. Delivery of frozen products outside this area is not possible .

Payment must always be made in advance, there is no option to pay upon delivery.

We deliver every Saturday morning in the region shown on the map. This region includes the following municipalities: Brasschaat, Brecht, Essen, Hoogstraten, Kalmthout, Kapellen, Malle, Rijkevorsel, Schilde, Schoten, Stabroek, Wuustwezel, and Zoersel. The minimum order amount is €75.00, and delivery is free.

Order before 5 PM on Friday for delivery the following Saturday. This only applies to products in stock.
