Delivery information

We only ship packages to Belgium & the Netherlands , not to other countries. You can choose whether you want your order delivered to your home or a collection point* with PostNL or DPD. We ship from a minimum order value of € 19.00 .

* Pick-up point deliveries will be available soon.

Postage costs

Delivery time

In most cases, your package will be delivered the next business day if your order and payment are received by us before 2:00 PM and all products you ordered are in stock. Please note that during busy periods (such as the end of the year) the delivery time may be longer. In this, we are completely dependent on PostNL and DPD.

* For the Saturday delivery option we charge a contribution of €1.50.

Home delivery or delivery to collection point

All our shipments are handled by PostNL or DPD. You can choose which of the 2 at checkout. Soon you can also choose from the nearest collection points of both PostNL and DPD. In these collection points with long opening hours you can pick up your package on the way home from work, for example. This way you don't have to wait for the delivery person. Whether you choose home delivery or delivery to a collection point, you will always receive an indication in advance by email in which time frame the delivery person will deliver the package. If desired, you can also adjust the time of delivery yourself, redirect the package to a collection point or postpone the delivery.

Pick up in our store in Wuustwezel

If you live near Wuustwezel (Belgium) or would like to come and have a look in our store, you can of course also pick up your order in our store. In most cases it is not necessary to order in advance, all products that you see in our webshop are also available in our physical store. So you can come shopping without ordering in advance. Only if you need large quantities of the same product or if you would like your order to be ready for you, it is advisable to order in advance. Delivery of frozen products

Frozen products are clearly marked with a blue bar because we cannot send them with a courier service. These products are delivered by ourselves, only in a small region around Wuustwezel or can of course also be picked up in our store. Delivery of frozen products outside this region is not possible .

Payment must always be made in advance, there is no option to pay upon delivery.

We deliver every Saturday morning in the region on the map. This region includes the following municipalities: Brasschaat, Brecht, Essen, Hoogstraten, Kalmthout, Kapellen, Malle, Rijkevorsel, Schilde, Schoten, Stabroek, Wuustwezel and Zoersel. The minimum order amount for this is € 75.00 and delivery is free.

If you prefer to choose a day and time yourself or if the fixed delivery day does not suit you, you can also choose "delivery by appointment". A delivery fee of € 10.00 will then be added. From an order amount of € 350.00, this delivery fee is waived. In the comments field with your order, indicate a few possible delivery times. Delivery is usually possible within 1 to 2 working days, but please note that if you order products that we do not have in stock as standard, you must count on an additional week's waiting time on average.
