Fish is known for its many health benefits, including heart, brain and anti-inflammatory properties that promote joint mobility .
Fatty fish (such as salmon) are particularly rich in the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). EPA helps promote cell membrane flexibility , ensuring that nutrients move efficiently in and out of cells, for optimal cell signaling and brain function . EPA is also converted by the body into a family of hormone-like chemicals called eicosanoids. These substances support a wide range of physical processes that influence cardiovascular health , inflammatory response , and immune function . Salmon Line Drawing DHA is the most abundant omega-3 fatty acid in the brain and retina and is crucial for healthy brain and nervous system structure and function.
Fish Cuisine would (if the meat was rehydrated) contain approximately 260g of fresh meat per 100g of dry kibble. But just as important as these main ingredients are the nutritional additives and trace elements: Glucosamine, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and Chondroitin provide support to the joints . Vitamin A, D3 and E provide the essential vitamins and chelated minerals such as iron, zinc, manganese, copper, calcium and organic selenium in addition to the natural vitamins and minerals found in the meat, fruit and vegetables, which help to ensure that your dog does not lack anything and the vitamins and minerals are also guaranteed.
