PeeWee wood pellets are made from sawdust left over from the timber industry in the north of Sweden. The pellets are made from carefully selected trees: the Swedish spruce and the Scots pine, which grow in FSC* certified forests. These trees have been selected after thorough research for their ability to absorb and neutralise ammonia air. They owe these properties to the cold climate in which they grow. Since this is residual material, no trees are cut down for the production of PeeWee wood pellets.
Unlike other cat litter wood pellets, PeeWee pellets never contain leaves or bark.

The same type of trees and the same mix of sawdust are always used for the production of PeeWee pellets, which guarantees a consistent quality. Nothing is added. No fragrances, glues, binders or other chemical additives. The 'secret' lies in drying and pressing under high pressure, which means they cannot freeze or rot. PeeWee wood pellets are made from renewable raw materials and are completely biodegradable. For optimal effect, PeeWee wood pellets should be used in combination with a PeeWee cat litter box.

PeeWee granules are also very suitable for use in cages and hutches for rodents under a layer of straw.

*FSC means that the wood has been harvested from the forest in a sustainable manner, without causing damage to the forest. FSC speaks of responsible forest management when the social, ecological and economic aspects of forest management are taken into account in a balanced way.
