L-Mesitran Foam 10 x 10 cm

L-Mesitran Foam is an innovative foam dressing specifically developed for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds. It consists of a sterile, hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing approximately 3 mm thick, coated on one side with the patented L-Mesitran Soft wound gel. This gel contains 40% medical-grade honey, hypoallergenic lanolin, propylene glycol, PEG 4000, and vitamins C and E.

The dressing effectively absorbs and retains wound fluid (exudate) while simultaneously limiting mechanical pressure and friction on the skin. Its non-adhesive properties make it easy to remove without disrupting the healing process.

Usage:

For external use on superficial and deep, acute or chronic wounds. Apply the foam dressing with the gel side to the wound. Secure with a secondary dressing if necessary. Consult your veterinarian for prolonged use or if in doubt.
