L-Mesitran Ointment is a powerful wound ointment with 48% medical honey and additional skin-care ingredients, including hypoallergenic lanolin (Medilan®), white petrolatum, zinc oxide, and vitamins C & E. The ointment supports the healing of both acute and chronic wounds, even when there is an increased risk of infection or contamination.

The thicker texture ensures the ointment stays in place, making it ideal for difficult-to-dress or highly exuding wounds. It's a suitable natural alternative to antibiotic therapies, even for sensitive animals.
