Psyllium husk (psyllium husk) is a 100% natural and organic source of soluble fiber that can absorb up to twenty times its own weight in water. This makes it a valuable support for healthy bowel movements in dogs and cats.

These fibers soften stools in cases of hard stools, but also firm up stools in cases of diarrhea. They also aid in gentle bowel cleansing, support gut flora, and have a prebiotic effect. Psyllium husk can also be beneficial for insulin resistance by slowing the absorption of carbohydrates.

How to use

Cats and dogs up to 10 kg: 0.5 measuring scoop once a day through the food

Dogs 10–25 kg: 1 scoop mixed with food once a day

Dogs 25–40 kg: 1.5 scoops once a day mixed with food

Dogs from 40 kg: 1 scoop mixed with food twice a day

Administration tip

Psyllium husk is best administered with wet food. Mix the indicated amount with some water and mix directly into the food. Do not let it sit, as the binding effect begins immediately. When using it to treat loose stools, use less water. Always provide plenty of fresh drinking water.
