Our enzyme complex 2 is a beautiful combination of N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), amylase, lipase and protease. This combination has been specially developed to ensure that a biofilm in the intestines is broken down. If a biofilm becomes pathogenic, it produces endotoxins which leads to a low-grade chronic inflammation in the body. But there is also a production of virulent factors. Enzymes that lead to stomach problems or a leaky gut syndrome for example.

We see a lot of skin and ear problems in dogs due to yeasts. These yeasts are also in the intestines in a pathogenic biofilm. The NAC is able to break down the pathogenic biofilm of yeasts (especially Canida albicans), so that the yeast is released and can be killed or removed from the body.

The pathogenic bacteria are in the safe biofilm. Amylase, lipase and protease are able to break down the biofilm. These bacteria are now released into the intestinal lumen and can be removed or killed by other supplements or medications.

Because this supplement must reach the large intestine where the greatest accumulation of pathogenic biofilm occurs, the capsule must be administered whole and well separated from a meal.

We advise NEVER to give this supplement ALONE. By breaking down the pathogenic biofilm, many toxins are released into the intestines and bloodstream and can lead to an increase in the already present low-grade inflammation.
