MSM

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organically bound and biologically active sulfur. Sulfur gives many tissues firmness and shape (through the synthesis of collagen), is part of many amino acids and all proteins and is part of a number of vit B vitamins.

MSM is used for osteoarthritis, pain, allergies, inflammation (tendonitis, joint inflammation, gum inflammation, sinusitis, etc.) and immune problems.

It works against allergies by inhibiting inflammation, producing antioxidants, stabilizing mast cells and inhibiting the release of histamine.

Quercetin

Quercetin has a very broad effect in the body. It is a very strong antioxidant and positive influence on heart disease, cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antiviral activities. It also reduces oxidative stress at the cellular level and contributes to a delay of the aging process. Quercetin is naturally found in leafy vegetables, tomatoes, berries and broccoli.

The main indications for the use of quercetin are the anti-inflammatory effect due to the antioxidant effect. Furthermore, quercetin is an antihistamine and is used for allergies, asthma and atopy. In addition to the histamine effect, quercetin also has an effect on the mast cells, which reduces skin problems and eczema.
