These organic turmeric capsules also contain Bioperine™, a black pepper extract that has been shown to significantly increase the absorption of essential nutrients. A study by Dr. Michael Greger showed that a phytochemical in black pepper (called peperine) can increase the absorption of curcumin by up to 2000%. Studies also show that turmeric supports liver function by helping it break down fat and remove waste.

Dosage:

Up to 10 kg - 1 capsule every other day with food
10kg – 20kg - 1 capsule per day with food
