Important information regarding returns

You may remove this product from its packaging and hold it next to your dog to check if the size is suitable. For hygiene reasons, products that have come into contact with your pet cannot be returned.

If a returned product shows signs of use—such as hair, odor, stains, or wear—we cannot resell it. In that case, the product will not be returned but donated to a local charity, and we cannot refund it.
