The veterinary ointment is beneficial for the treatment of poorly healing superficial wounds, minor skin and mucous membrane injuries, abrasions, insect bites, and hard and flaky skin. Thanks to its composition, it inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, soothes inflammatory reactions, suppresses itching, and smooths scars. It promotes hair growth and regeneration.

The FungiSmart products are based on the microbiological properties of the microorganism 'Pythium oligandrum', a beautiful yeast-like organism (ocyst) that lives in the soil. As a symbiont, Pythium works together with plants and protects their roots against fungi in exchange for food. The result is a small fungus-free zone around all roots worldwide.

Pythium is non-selective and feeds on all yeasts and molds. It has the dual advantage of secreting bacteriostatic enzymes into the affected area, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth so that it is not disturbed during its work. As soon as the food source is gone, it simply returns to the soil from which it originated, allowing the host's skin flora to recover.
