Puromenu Raw Sheep's Kefir

This artisanal kefir is made from raw milk from Churra sheep, sourced from small-scale herds that are naturally raised on pasture. The milk is not pasteurized before fermentation, which preserves all the valuable, heat-sensitive nutrients such as enzymes, vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids and probiotics. Thanks to the fermentation with no less than 10 different bacterial strains, this kefir is a powerful support for intestinal health, the immune system and recovery from illness or antibiotics.

Composition: Raw sheep's milk with yeasts (100%). Contains ferments of: lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, lactobacillus helveticus, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus paracasei, lactobacillus acidophilus, streptococcus thermophilus, bifidobacterium bifidum, leuconostoc mesenteroides.

Analysis: Protein 5.17%, crude oils and fats 5.17%, moisture 82.92%, 91 kcal / 100 g, omega 3: 38.87 mg / 100 g, calcium: 1900 mg / kg.

Usage

Store in the freezer at -18°C. Defrost in the refrigerator. Shake well before use. Serve at room temperature, separately or mixed with food (kibble, steamed or raw). Do not heat – this would destroy the active ingredients. Once defrosted, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.

Hygiene advice

Store Pure Kefir separately from other foods. Clean contact surfaces and utensils thoroughly with hot water and soap.

Always have fresh drinking water available.
