Pure Itching can be used immediately for itching complaints and relieves the itch and supports skin recovery.

Suitable for: Dog, Cat

Composition: Extract of Solidago virgaurea. Diluted extracts of Aloe vera, Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), Solidago virgaurea, Common nettle (Urtica dioica), Greater burdock (Arctium lappa) and Marsh rosemary (Ledum palustre). Alcohol 20% v/v.

Properties per ingredient:
Aloe vera for the proper functioning of the intestines and support of the immune system. Oral administration of this extract is effective for good skin condition. Aloe vera has anti-oxidative properties. For the removal of waste products, detox.
Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) supports good skin condition. Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) stimulates kidney function and therefore has a blood-purifying effect.
Large nettle (Urtica dioica) purifies the skin and works blood purifying, increases vitality and increases resistance. Urtica promotes digestion and kidney function.
Greater burdock (Arctium lappa) supports the skin's ability to recover. Marsh rosemary (Ledum palustre) supports sensitive (itchy) skin.

Dosage and application:
Unless the doctor or therapist prescribes otherwise.
The optimal dosage is 1 - 2 x daily:
Horse 20 - 30 drops
Dog 10 - 15 drops
Cat 5 - 10 drops
20 drops is approximately 1 ml.

If it is difficult in practice to administer this product multiple times a day, 1 time per day or 1 time every 2 days is sufficient. Then give the maximum dosage of one day. Even then this product can be used effectively but the reaction may take a little longer.

Administration: Give this product with a plastic syringe directly into the mouth or beak, possibly diluted with a little water. Preferably not at the same time as a meal because the product works better if it is absorbed by the clean oral mucosa. If an animal does not like the product, the drops can be given on a small piece of treat. If the cat does not accept the drops, put the drops on a warm spoon and let the alcohol evaporate from the product. Then give it diluted with some water or milk with a syringe directly into the mouth. The drops can also be applied to the top of the paw, but check whether the cat licks the drops from the paw.

Advice for use : provide good quality food. In case of itching caused by vermin, adequate flea control must be provided. Most forms of skin itching in dogs and cats are caused by a combination of circumstances: an abnormal course of the coat change, fleas, unsuitable climate (for example, a housing that is too warm or too dry), insufficient distraction and exercise (stress), insufficient regularity or incorrect food.

To support the treatment: ensure good coat care and be alert for parasites such as fleas.

Duration of treatment : In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, continue administering this product for a few more days. In case of prolonged discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, a maintenance dose can be used. This is usually half of the dosage indicated on the packaging. When dosing this product, carefully observe the animal's reaction. A higher dosage may be necessary at the beginning; this product can be safely administered in double dosage. Gradually reduce the dosage to the lowest possible dosage. This product can be administered permanently. It is advisable to insert a stop week after every 6 to 8 weeks. This way, the 'stimulus' can be offered again after the stop week. Resume treatment immediately if there is reason to do so.

Synergy and combinations with other products: PUUR Itching can be combined with regular medication without any problems.

Contraindications: During pregnancy and lactation always use in consultation with the attending veterinarian.

Side effects: To date, side effects of this product have not been reported or known. With some dilutions and extracts, a short-term worsening may occur at the start of treatment. This means that the animal is reacting to the product. In the event of a serious increase, halve the dosage or stop temporarily and then slowly build up again.
