4 layers of material
This Tuffy toy is made of 4 layers. The non-woven outer layer is not easily pierced by a dog's teeth and moves with the action of the jaw. This protects the plush from easy tearing.

• 1 layer soft fleece on the outside
• 2 layers of industrial luggage material on the inside
• 1 layer of plastic coating on the inside.

Sewn multiple times
All toy layers are sewn together to create a super strong layer of material. Each toy is sewn together with 2 rows of cross stitching and 2 rows of linear stitching. Some toys have an extra piece of black piping that protects the edge and makes the toy even stronger.

Beeper safety
The squeakers are attached to the toy with protective bags. This ensures that the toy can be safely removed when the dog reaches the core.

Remove loose wires
Over time, your pet may wear down the layers of the toy and pieces may come loose. This is normal. Remove any loose threads to prevent swallowing. If your pet reaches the white filled core of the toy, throw it away immediately.
