L-Mesitran Tulle 10 x 10 cm

L-Mesitran Tulle is a sterile, non-adhesive polyethylene-based wound contact material impregnated with the patented L-Mesitran Soft wound gel. This gel contains 40% medical-grade honey and naturally supports the healing of both acute and chronic wounds.

Upon contact with the wound, the honey gel draws wound fluid from the surrounding tissue. This creates a moist wound environment that promotes autolysis, helps dissolve necrotic tissue, and accelerates epithelialization. Thanks to the material's open structure, the wound remains well-ventilated, while the wound bed is protected from adhesion and damage during dressing changes.

Usage:

Apply L-Mesitran Tulle directly to the cleaned wound, with a suitable fixation bandage on top. Replace as directed by your veterinarian or depending on the wound's appearance. For external use in dogs and cats.
