Composition: Fermented milk products (lactose-free yoghurt) 95%, corn starch, pectin and
turmeric.
Additives : Flavouring for salmon tartare 40 mg/kg (0.004%) and nutritional
additives/kg: Vitamin E (3a700) 200 IU.
Analysis : Crude protein 3.1%; crude fibre 0.4%; crude fat 0.1%; crude ash 0.7%,
moisture content 87.3%; lactose <0.01%

Use: Freeze the yoghurt for at least 30 minutes for a smooth ice cream structure. Serve as a treat or cooling snack.
