Product Returns

You want to return a product. By law, you have the right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To do this, fill in the form below.

After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. If you use your right of return, we will refund the returned goods (if you return your entire order including shipping costs) within 14 days after registering your return via the payment method you used. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.

You can choose to take care of the return yourself or to use a return label from PostNL or DPD provided by us at € 5.90. In the latter case, we will deduct this amount from the refund.
