N&D Prime is a grain-free food , but is different from other grain-free cat food. The grains have been replaced by animal proteins, making the food very high-quality. The food consists of 70% animal ingredients and the other 30% contains vegetables, fruit, vitamins and minerals .

The chickens come from an Italian free-range farm and are fed GMO-free food. No low-quality animal parts such as beaks, feathers or bones are used. The food has a high biological value and has a digestibility of 95% .
