When dogs panic and try to run away, they can become real escape artists and get out of almost any harness, no matter how well it fits. This is a dangerous situation that none of us want to experience, as the force that dogs can summon can be enormous. That is why we have developed the Vario Rapid safety harness for particularly anxious pets. It comes with an additional belly strap that makes it almost impossible for your dog to break free from this panic harness. The special thing is that, once your four-legged friend has overcome his fear, you can simply remove the second belly strap, leaving you with a classic harness.

How to measure?

Using a flexible measuring tape, measure the circumference of your dog's belly (B) just behind the front legs at the widest point of the chest. The measuring tape should fit snugly, but not restrict your dog. Leave about a finger's width between the measuring tape and your dog. You can use this measurement and the circumference of the neck (A) to determine the correct size harness. As a rule, all harnesses are adjustable both around the belly and in various other positions, making it possible to optimally adapt the harness to any body shape for ideal comfort.
